- Uploaded food photos used for AI-powered food analysis (temporarily processed)

- Process uploaded photos securely and generate results
- Manage subscriptions and payments

4. Photo Data & Processing
- Uploaded food photos are temporarily processed on secure servers solely to perform food analysis.
- All uploaded photos are automatically deleted within 24 hours.
- We do not sell, reuse, or share your photos.
- Photos are never used to train AI models.
- No personal identification, sensitive attribute detection, or biometric analysis is performed.
- Images are used exclusively to analyze food content, nutritional insights, and similar tasks.
4A. Image Processing & Data Safety
- The Application does not collect, analyze, or store any data intended to identify an individual.
- No identity extraction, profiling, or personal inference is performed from images.
- Uploaded photos are processed only to recognize food items and ingredients.
- After processing, image data is held only temporarily and automatically deleted from servers.
- The Application does not generate, infer, or retain any form of personal or biometric data.
5. Third-Party Services
We may use trusted third-party services to operate and improve the Application:
- Apple App Store – payment processing
- Firebase – performance monitoring, analytics, and crash reporting
- RevenueCat – subscription and purchase management
- ChatGPT (OpenAI API) – AI processing services for food analysis
These providers are permitted to use your information only as needed to perform services on our behalf.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data. While no system can guarantee absolute security, we continuously work to safeguard your information.
