- Photos or Videos: Food images voluntarily uploaded by you for AI-based food and nutrition analysis.
- Purchase Information: Subscription and purchase history processed securely via the Apple App Store and managed through RevenueCat.
- Device Information: Device identifiers (such as app instance ID), device model, operating system version, and general technical information.
- Usage Data: Interaction data such as feature usage, screen views, and in-app events.
- Crash and Diagnostic Data: Crash reports and performance logs used to maintain app stability.
- User-Entered Data: Fasting logs, calorie entries, hydration tracking, weight entries, and similar information entered directly by you.
We do not collect names, email addresses, account credentials, or personally identifying profile information.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information solely to:
- Provide fasting tracking, calorie tracking, hydration tracking, and nutrition analysis features;
- Process uploaded food images and generate analysis results;
- Manage subscriptions and verify premium access;
- Monitor performance and improve application stability;
- Analyze anonymized usage trends to enhance user experience.
All collected data is used for app functionality, analytics, and service improvement. Data is not used for advertising or sold to third parties.
4. Image Processing & AI Services
- Food photos are uploaded only when you actively use the food scanner feature.
- Images are temporarily processed via secure AI infrastructure to generate nutrition analysis.
- Uploaded images are automatically deleted within 24 hours.
- Images are not used to train AI models.
- No facial recognition, biometric identification, or personal profiling is performed.
5. Data Not Linked to Your Identity
The Application does not create user accounts and does not link collected data to your real-world identity.
Device identifiers and usage data are processed in a way that is not associated with your name, email address, or personal identity.
6. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party providers to operate the Application:
- Apple App Store: Payment processing and subscription transactions.
- RevenueCat: Subscription validation and purchase management.
- Firebase (Google): Analytics, crash reporting, and remote configuration.
- AI Processing Providers (via AIProxy): Food image analysis services.
These providers process data only as necessary to provide their services and are subject to their own privacy and security obligations.
7. Data Retention
- User-entered fasting, calorie, hydration, and weight data is stored locally on your device unless otherwise synchronized.
- Diagnostic and analytics data is retained according to Firebase and platform retention policies.
- Uploaded food images are automatically deleted within 24 hours.
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. While no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, we strive to use commercially acceptable means to safeguard your data.
9. Children's Privacy
The Application is not intended for children under the minimum digital consent age in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
