By downloading, installing, or using the Babe AI mobile application (“Babe AI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use Babe AI.
You must be at least 4 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Babe AI.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable, and non-exclusive license to use Babe AI for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted remain with us and our licensors.
Ownership - You retain all rights to the images and content (“User Content”) you upload.
Processing License - You grant Babe AI a temporary, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your content strictly to provide Babe AI features such as generating baby predictions, combining couple photos to visualize potential future children, and converting pregnancy ultrasound images into realistic newborn baby portraits. The license terminates after processing, and your data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
Responsibility - You are solely responsible for your content and ensure it does not infringe on any laws or third-party rights.
Subscriptions - Babe AI offers optional subscription plans that unlock premium features such as unlimited baby generations, gender selection options, and access to all baby generation modes.
In-App Purchases - Subscriptions are sold through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Apple handles all payments, taxes, and billing.
Renewal & Cancellation - Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
You agree not to:
Upload or use offensive, illegal, or harmful content.
Violate any applicable law.
Reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit Babe AI’s technology.
Use bots or scripts to abuse the system.
Share or sell generated images or services without our permission.
All content in the Babe AI app (logos, code, UI, designs, text, and graphics) belongs to Babe AI or its licensors. You may not use them for commercial purposes without permission. Any feedback or suggestions you provide can be used freely by us without compensation.
Your privacy is important. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data. It forms part of these Terms.
Babe AI is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that results (including baby predictions generated from photos, couple images, or pregnancy ultrasound scans) will meet your expectations. Results may vary based on photo quality, ultrasound clarity, and lighting. We are not responsible for content loss or damage.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Babe AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed 50 EUR.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Babe AI, its affiliates, and staff from any claims or damages arising out of your use of the app or violation of these Terms.
By You - You may stop using Babe AI at any time.
By Us - We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.
Effect - Certain clauses (Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Liability) will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. You agree to resolve any disputes through the courts of Turkey, unless local consumer protection laws offer you additional rights.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Babe AI after the effective date means you accept the changes.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and Babe AI. If any part is found invalid, the rest remains enforceable. You may not transfer these Terms without our permission.
