By downloading, installing, or using the Kids Bible mobile application (“Kids Bible”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use Kids Bible.
Kids Bible is in Apple’s Made for Kids category. Because the app is designed for children, these Terms are addressed primarily to the parent or legal guardian who installs the app and configures it for the child’s use.
Kids Bible is intended for children up to approximately age 11, supervised by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian must complete onboarding and grant parental consent within the app before the child may use it. You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child who will use the app.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable, and non-exclusive license to use Kids Bible for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted remain with us and our licensors.
Character Name and Story Preferences. During setup you may choose a character name and story preferences (age band, story length, vocabulary level, narrator voice, rhyming, modern parallels) so the app can personalize generated stories. You retain all rights to these choices. The character name is stored only on the device and is not transmitted to the AI services that write story text or generate illustrations; please see our Privacy Policy for the full details of how this information is handled.
Generated Stories. Stories generated for you are produced by third-party AI providers in response to the preferences you set. We grant you a limited license to view and listen to these stories within the app for personal, non-commercial use.
Responsibility. You are solely responsible for the character name and any other text you enter, and you agree not to enter content that is offensive, infringing, or otherwise unlawful.
Subscriptions. Kids Bible offers optional subscription plans that unlock premium features such as unlimited story generation and AI-illustrated scenes.
In-App Purchases. Subscriptions are sold through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Apple handles all payments, taxes, and billing.
Ask to Buy. When a child on a Family Sharing Child Account attempts to subscribe, Apple’s “Ask to Buy” feature routes the purchase request to the family organizer for approval in Messages. Approval by the parent or legal guardian is required for the transaction to complete.
Renewal & Cancellation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings, or from within the app at Settings → For Parents → Manage Subscription.
In accordance with Apple’s App Review Guideline 1.3 (Kids Category), all outbound links, App Store ratings, subscription management, terms, and privacy information are reserved to a designated “For Parents” area inside Settings, accessible only after completing a parental gesture gate. The kid-facing parts of the app do not surface these controls directly.
You may renew or revoke parental consent at any time from Settings → For Parents. Revoking consent returns the app to its first-launch state.

All content in the Kids Bible app (logos, code, UI, designs, biblical adaptations, illustrations, voices, text, and graphics) belongs to Kids Bible or its licensors. You may not use them for commercial purposes without permission. Any feedback or suggestions you provide can be used freely by us without compensation.
Your child’s privacy is important to us. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect data. It forms part of these Terms.
Kids Bible is provided “as is” and “as available”. Generated stories are produced by AI based on your inputs and biblical references; the app is intended as a supplemental, family-friendly storytelling experience and is not a substitute for direct study of scripture or for religious instruction. We do not guarantee that any particular story will meet your expectations or theological preferences. We are not responsible for content loss or damage.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Kids Bible shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed 50 EUR.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kids Bible, its affiliates, and staff from any claims or damages arising out of your use of the app or violation of these Terms.
By You. You may stop using Kids Bible at any time by deleting the app.
By Us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.
Effect. Certain clauses (Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Liability) will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. You agree to resolve any disputes through the courts of Turkey, unless local consumer protection laws offer you additional rights.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Kids Bible after the effective date means you accept the changes.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and Kids Bible. If any part is found invalid, the rest remains enforceable. You may not transfer these Terms without our permission.
