By downloading, installing, or using the Beardio mobile application (“Beardio”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use Beardio.
You must be at least 4 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Beardio.
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable, and non-exclusive license to use Beardio for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted remain with us and our licensors.
Ownership - You retain all rights to the images and content (“User Content”) you upload. Processing License - You grant Beardio a temporary, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your content strictly to provide beard and mustache transformation features. The license terminates after processing, and your data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy. Responsibility - You are solely responsible for your content and ensure it does not infringe on any laws or third-party rights.
Subscriptions - Beardio offers optional subscription plans that unlock premium features such as unlimited transformations and access to all beard and mustache styles. In-App Purchases - Subscriptions are sold through Apple’s in-app purchase system. Apple handles all payments, taxes, and billing. Renewal & Cancellation - Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
You agree not to:
Upload or use offensive, illegal, or harmful content.
Violate any applicable law.
Reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit Beardio’s technology.
Use bots or scripts to abuse the system.
Share or sell generated images or services without our permission.
All content in the Beardio app (logos, code, UI, designs, text, and graphics) belongs to Beardio or its licensors. You may not use them for commercial purposes without permission. Any feedback or suggestions you provide can be used freely by us without compensation.
Your privacy is important. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data. It forms part of these Terms.
Beardio is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that beard or mustache results will meet your expectations. Results may vary based on photo quality and lighting. We are not responsible for content loss or damage.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Beardio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed 50 EUR.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beardio, its affiliates, and staff from any claims or damages arising out of your use of the app or violation of these Terms.
By You - You may stop using Beardio at any time. By Us - We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the app. Effect - Certain clauses (Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Liability) will survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. You agree to resolve any disputes through the courts of Turkey, unless local consumer protection laws offer you additional rights.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Beardio after the effective date means you accept the changes.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and Beardio. If any part is found invalid, the rest remains enforceable. You may not transfer these Terms without our permission.
