Terms of Use – Signafy

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Signafy application (the “Application”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on a device you own or control, strictly in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Application.
• Rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the Application.
• Use the Application for illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purposes.

3. Signature Creation & Processing

The Application lets you create signatures with AI from text you provide, scan a handwritten signature from a photo, and draw a signature by hand. To protect your privacy:

• Text you enter for AI generation is processed securely by our AI provider only to produce your result, and is not retained or reused.
• Photos you scan are processed on your device to remove the background; they are not uploaded.
• Signatures you save are stored only on your device.
• No biometric identification or facial recognition is performed.

You are responsible for the signatures you create and how you use them. You must only create signatures you are authorized to use. Signature images generated by the Application do not constitute a legally binding electronic signature.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• This app offers an auto-renewing subscription (“Pro”) to unlock unlimited AI creations and all features.
• Payments are processed securely via the Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
• Refunds are subject to Apple’s policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Application, including trademarks, content, and code, are owned by Tunahan Aktay or its licensors. You may not use these without prior written permission. Signatures you create with the Application are yours to use.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Application. Prohibited uses include:

• Creating a signature to forge, impersonate, or misrepresent another person without authorization.
• Using generated signatures for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
• Disrupting the functionality of the Application.
• Violating applicable laws or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to impose restrictions in cases of abnormal or abusive usage (e.g., nonstop automated requests intended to overload the system).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. AI-generated results may vary and are provided for your review before use. If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile provider’s terms still apply and you may incur data or roaming charges. It is your responsibility to manage these costs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Signafy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Application.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease using and delete the Application.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Türkiye, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of İstanbul, Türkiye.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Application after changes means you accept the new Terms.
